Each project is tailored to client requirements and confirmed through written quotation and acceptance before commencement.
3. Quotations and Payment
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
A deposit may be required to secure booking or materials.
The balance is payable upon project completion or as agreed in the quotation.
Payments must be made to the official FNB account of Beverley Baumgart using the provided reference.
Prices exclude additional or unforeseen work not included in the original scope, which will be quoted separately.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel or postpone a confirmed booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
We reserve the right to reschedule a project in cases of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, material delays, or safety concerns.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, clients agree to:
Provide accurate information regarding the project scope, space, and access.
Confirm all design approvals, colours, and materials in writing.
Ensure the work area is safe, accessible, and free of obstructions.
Settle payments as per agreed timelines.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, site inaccessibility, or external contractors not under our management.
6. Project Completion & Satisfaction
We take pride in delivering quality workmanship and professionalism.
Clients will have the opportunity to review the completed work and raise any concerns immediately.
All services are carried out to meet reasonable expectations as agreed during the consultation phase.
7. Refunds & Job Guarantee
Due to the nature of custom and service-based work, refunds are not issued once a project has commenced.
However, if any aspect of the job is found to be incomplete or below standard, we will address and correct it within a reasonable timeframe.
Our goal is client satisfaction and job integrity on every project.
8. Use of Materials and Design Concepts
All design concepts, layouts, or mood boards created by Chaos remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
Once paid in full, ownership of the final design passes to the client.
Our designs and materials may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safety and quality, Chaos shall not be held liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use
Delays caused by suppliers, weather, or other external factors
Damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or alteration of work completed
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.
10. Third-Party Services
Where projects involve subcontractors, suppliers, or external professionals, we ensure they maintain professional standards.
However, we are not liable for issues arising directly from third-party products or services outside our control.
11. Privacy and Communication
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By contacting us, you consent to receive communication relevant to your enquiry, quotation, or ongoing project.
